On December 15, the annual Bond Street Sale will take place again at Bonhams in London, an auction event for important collector cars that is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. On the occasion of this anniversary, Bonhams has put together a 28-lot offer with absolute dream cars that will make collectors' hearts beat faster, including a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost from 1913, an Aston Martin DB5 Sport Saloon from 1964 and a Lamborghini Diablo Coupé from 1997.

A top highlight of the auction is a historic Porsche 911 Coupé in attractive "Bali Blue" from 1965. What makes the car so special? It was the first Porsche 911 to be built with right-hand drive. After its completion, it arrived in England as a prototype in the spring of 1965, where it served as a "test object" for dealers before the regular release later followed. The car's former owners include the two British racing drivers Charles Lucas and Willie Green.

Tim Schofield, Head of Bonhams|Cars UK Department, said, "This represents a rare chance to acquire a piece of Porsche's enduring legacy in the UK, being the first RHD 911 built, marking a historically significant chapter in the relationship between this iconic marque and British automotive enthusiasts."
The estimated price for this special 1965 Porsche 911 Coupé is 300,000-500,000 GBP ($380,000-631,000).
