(Courvoisier Galleries, 1944) A rare original limited edition cel titled "Mexican Girl," inspired by the Las Posadas sequence in "Three Caballeros." After successfully marketing production cels from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and Disney shorts, Courvoisier began to create limited pieces such as this. The cel has a character image size of 3.75" x 2" on the 6.5" x 8" visible hand-painted background. The piece is in very good condition, with wear from handling and age only to the matte, including slight spotting, discoloration, and edge wear.
