Yellow gold ring with rubies and diamonds

Antique ring in 18-carat yellow gold and white gold, set with an oval ruby surrounded by diamonds. Dated 1870–1900. Set in a border of 10 rose cut diamonds with a weight of 0.30 ct. The band is flanked by 2 rose-cut diamonds with a weight of 0.04 ct. Dimensions of the ring setting: 1.4 cm by 1.1 cm. Dimensions of the Ruby: 55 mms by 40 mms.
