About the artist: Yamila Velázquez (Las Tunas, Cuba, 1993) is a contemporary artist who uses digital intelligence tools; she currently lives and works in Alicante, Spain. Owner and partner of a company dedicated to the sale, representation, and development of artists and artworks, Velázquez combines her business vision with deep artistic sensitivity. This young Cuban talent has established herself in the realm of digital art, using contemporary media to explore themes connected to nature, landscape, and the intimate relationship between woman and her surroundings. Her works delicately and powerfully address topics such as beauty, love, sensuality, and feminine delicacy, always framed in enveloping, romantic, and refined atmospheres. With a vibrant and expressive aesthetic, Yamila Velázquez manages to fuse classical influences with a modern language, resulting in versatile, fresh, and deeply evocative works. The painterly texture of her images, the masterful use of color, and the emotionally balanced composition place her work as a contemporary artistic proposition of high aesthetic value. Shipping and presentation: The work will be carefully packaged by a professional and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube, internally protected with bubble wrap to ensure its integrity during transport. Deliveries are made via reliable courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, or Correos España, depending on the destination and the most convenient option in each case. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days, although it may vary depending on the destination country. This work is a masterful convergence of traditional Asian painting and contemporary sensibility. The canvas presents an exuberant garden of peonies (a symbol of wealth and honor), where the deep blue of the flowers dominates the composition, creating a vivid contrast with pure white and crimson accents. The piece is distinguished by its treatment of the background and landscape, executed with a technique that evokes Japanese gold leaf and Kintsugi. The background, depicting a horizon of mountains and stylized palace architecture, is fractured and reconfigured with a golden patina that breaks through the layers of color (blues and turquoises). The brushstrokes not only create a landscape, but suggest a map of memory and restoration. The artist uses gold as a structural and conceptual element: the cracks and golden junctions not only beautify, but articulate the history of the landscape, implying that the deepest beauty emerges from the interaction between natural fragility and aesthetic intervention. The composition is rich in detail, with visual depth that balances the decorative flatness of eastern painting with atmospheric perspective. It is a work of great elegance, inviting contemplation of cyclical beauty and the persistence of nature despite the passage of time and the 'fractures' of history.
