Wedgwood - Tureen - Porcelain - Unique 3L soup tureen.

Wedgwood Cornucopia – a very rare large soup tureen with lid – approx. 3 liters Beautiful and exceptionally rare Wedgwood Cornucopia soup tureen with lid, produced in the large variant with a capacity of around 3 liters. This is emphatically not the much more common smaller tureen / vegetable tureen, but the large official Soup Tureen from the Cornucopia series. This edition is offered only rarely and is therefore an interesting object for collectors and Wedgwood enthusiasts. The Cornucopia collection ranks among the most luxurious and recognizable dinnerware lines from Wedgwood. The design is inspired by the classical Horn of Plenty and stands out for its combination of deep blue, ivory tones, richly detailed decorations, and beautiful gold accents. The tureen is in very good condition and shows hardly any signs of use. The decorations and gold accents are beautifully preserved. Due to its generous size and elegant form, this is not only a functional serving piece but also an impressive show piece on the table or in a display cabinet. Details: Wedgwood – Cornucopia Large Soup Tureen / soup tureen with lid Capacity: approx. 3 liters Material: Fine Bone China Origin: England Condition: very good, with hardly visible signs of use The large 3-liter soup tureen belongs to the considerably harder-to-find components of the Cornucopia dinnerware and is offered much less frequently than the usual smaller lid bowls. The photos are an integral part of the description and provide a good impression of the condition. The tureen is packed with great care and ample protection for shipping due to its size and fragility.
