Die grüne Signatur Warhols quer über das Gesicht George Washingtons, links angedeutet ein zusätzlich aufgedrucktes Porträt, welches mit dicken schwarzen Blöcken unkenntlich gemacht wurde, rechts ein unleserlicher Prägestempel. Verso die Signatur des Galeristen Lucio Amelio (1931-1994) links, mittig der Aufkleber der Gallerie Tony Shafrazi, darauf in Bleistift nummeriert '806/000995', ein weiterer Aufkleber 'verification of authenticity www.grafy.blog' sowie eine gestempelte Briefmarke. On the reverse, the signature of gallerist Lucio Amelio (1931-1994) on the left, the Tony Shafrazi Gallery sticker in the center, numbered '806/000995' in pencil, another sticker 'verification of authenticity www.grafy.blog', and a postage stamp.
