Wall sconce (2) - Pair of Exquisite Wall Sconces Imperial...

Magnificent pair of classic-style wall sconces (Empire-inspired or Hollywood Regency), ideal for adding a touch of distinction, warmth and sophistication to any room, such as a living room, hallway or entrance hall. Dated probably to the mid-20th century, these sconces stand out for their elegant structure in gilded brass with an upper crown featuring a cut and ornate design. Each sconce presents a semi-circular body adorned with multiple rows of teardrops and facets of carved crystal that hang in a cascading fashion. This design allows the light to filter and refract marvelously through the crystals when lit, creating a very decorative and elegant play of light and shadow on the wall. Condition: The sconces are in generally good condition and aesthetically very striking, preserving a beautiful natural patina on the brass in keeping with their age. Important note: As these are antique and delicate pieces made up of numerous hanging elements, it is possible that some small teardrop or crystal bead may be missing from time to time. This minor superficial detail does not affect the overall beauty of the set or its magnificent visual impact, but is mentioned for complete transparency. IMPORTANT* (May be one or more teardrops missing due to age; please check the photos as they are essential to assess their condition. The lamp can be disassembled if required for safety. All lamps are antique; they may have patina from age, wear, or some signs of use—please check the photos for full details.
