Wall mirror - Wood, Plaster, Glass - dead stock

Baroque Hollywood Regency Mirror in Plaster and Wood Relief – 1950s/60s – Warehouse Find (Dead Stock) Splendid and imposing vertical mirror in full Baroque / Hollywood Regency style, dating to the mid-20th century (estimated period: 1950s / 1960s). This item represents an extraordinary opportunity for collectors and mid-century enthusiasts: it is an authentic DEAD STOCK (warehouse find) coming from the closing of a high-quality furniture shop of the era. The mirror has never been used, never hung, and retains its original patina intact. • Craftsmanship and Materials: The frame is crafted using the classical plaster relief technique molded around a structural wooden core. The surface is finished with rich antique gilding, characterized by warm chiaroscuro and charming craquelure from natural aging in the carving recesses, which attest to its authenticity. The back preserves the protective panel and the original ring-hanger. • Condition: Excellent vintage condition (warehouse find). Very solid and sturdy construction. Only a minimal superficial chip to the gilded layer on the upper entablature (visible in macro photo), which reveals the white plaster underneath, a detail that confirms the piece’s absolute genuineness. • Precise dimensions: Height 92 cm | Width 55 cm. • Weight: 5 kg (solid and robust construction). A scenographic and characterful piece of furniture, perfect for Hollywood Regency, eclectic interiors, or for styling luxury boutiques.
