Vintage 9.80ct Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1970s

A head turning cluster ring featuring fourteen sapphires and a small row of diamonds in the centre. The sapphires are deep blue in colour and have a whopping combined weight of 9.80 carat. Although it has a symmetrical design, the sapphires have been set in an assortment of different height levels attracting light from all angles. In the centre, there is a row of five small round brilliant cut diamonds. The whole ring has been made in 18ct white gold.
