This bracelet is made of natural verdite, also known as Budstone, a remarkable stone with deep green hues. The faceted rectangular beads reveal beautiful color variations ranging from forest green to lighter green, with natural inclusions that attest to the stone’s authentic origin. Each bead shows unique patterns, creating a harmonious and elegant ensemble that highlights the natural beauty of this rare mineral. Verdite is an ancient stone formed more than 3 billion years ago, mainly in the geological formations of Zimbabwe and southern Africa. It is composed of a complex mixture of chrome- and mica-rich minerals, responsible for its characteristic green color. Historically, verdite was used by African peoples for sculpture and ritual objects. It was particularly appreciated by Shona sculptors, who worked this stone to create symbolic and spiritual works. Verdite thus became a stone deeply linked to African culture and art. In lithotherapeutic traditions, verdite is considered a stone associated with: - inner wisdom and personal growth - energetic protection - emotional stability - connection with nature It is often called the “growth stone,” as it symbolizes personal development, patience, and inner transformation. Thanks to its solid mineral structure, verdite is a durable stone that keeps its beauty over time. The deep greens of this bracelet evoke nature and harmony, making it a jewelry piece that is both elegant and timeless.
