A striking 19th-century Chinese Qing Dynasty celadon-ground vase, featuring an elegant baluster form with a wide flared rim, finely modelled openwork handles, and an attractive blue-and-white floral still-life decoration depicting flowering arrangements in ornamental vessels. The soft celadon glaze provides a beautiful contrast to the rich cobalt-blue decoration, giving the piece a refined and highly decorative presence. A substantial and impressive vase, suitable for both collectors and elegant interior display. Dimensions: H. 55.5 cm; Ø 23.5 cm Weight: 5.306 kg Condition: Very good overall, with only minor firing imperfections consistent with age.
