Vase - Earthenware - China - Northern Song (960-1127)

Beautiful large Chinese porcelain monochrome turquoise glaze vase from the Northern Song Dynasty 960-1127. Possibly even older. Very nicely hand-engraved with floral decor. The rim and the bottom are adorned with many carved animal masks. Very rare form and a very special vase! Height 33 cm. Diameter of the body 23 cm. Condition: A small flake on the rim. some glaze missing. See photos. Otherwise in excellent condition. No chips, hairline cracks and/or restorations. The lot will be carefully packed and shipped by registered mail.
