Vase - A Large Royal Copenhagen Porcelain "Swans in Flight" Vase

A beautifully crafted, substantial porcelain baluster vase by the renowned Danish manufacturer Royal Copenhagen. The body features a classic hand-painted underglaze scene depicting a pair of graceful whooper swans in mid-flight over a serene marshland landscape, blending seamlessly into a gradient sky-blue neck. The underside bears the official green Royal Copenhagen crown backstamp, the classic three blue wavy lines signifying the Danish waterways, the shape/motif sequence 1955 / 137, and the hand-painted painter’s mark. A bar under the letter "G" in the stamped word "COPENHAGEN" dates the production of this specific piece to the period between 1969 and 1974.
