Valley of the 10 000 Temples - Serge Horta

Valley of the 10 000 Temples by Serge Horta Photograph 36.0 x 36.0 :: A surreal sunrise over the ancient temples of Bagan Central Burma. The soft morning light transforms the surreal landscape into a calm dreamy vision with hundreds of temples emerging through the fog. Capturing this image was an adventure in itself: a flight from Yangon to Mandalay a 12-hour boat journey down the river to Bagan and a one-hour cycle through unlit dirt roads at 4 a.m. I then climbed onto the roof of a temple and waited in freezing temperatures for sunrise. The effort was completely worth it. Limited Edition of 5. Supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and edition number.
