Val Saint Lambert - Vase - Glass - LUXVAL model "Mirandole"

Rare Art Deco vase model “Mirandole” from the Luxval collection of the Val Saint Lambert glassworks. This vase was made in the 1930s and is finished in a very ocher color. It is a design by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne and is described in the Luxval catalog of 1935. The base of the vase is signed with VSL BELGIQUE (see close-up photo). Height 20 cm – diameter 10.5 cm The vase is in very good condition but does have a chip on the side (see last photo). Interwar period pers glass shows air bubbles and mold lines that are typical of the production process of that time. These are not defects but rather evidence that this vase dates from the 1930s. Photos are an integral part of the description. The vase is packed very carefully and shipped with tracking.
