Beautiful Art Deco serving dish from Val Saint Lambert, made for the famous Luxval collection of 1935. Suitable as a serving dish, aperitif dish, or simply as Art Deco decoration. The model is documented in the Luxval catalogs and was exhibited in the Musée du Verre de Charleroi, Belgium. A historic piece of Val Saint Lambert and Art Deco. Color: Amber, for a warm look. Size: 31 cm diameter at the widest part, 27 cm diameter at the narrowest part - 3.5 cm depth of the dish – 7.5 cm high including the handle From pressed glass - or also called demi-crystal - , with an elegant geometric shape, central handle and relief decoration. Signed with a molded signature “Val St Lambert Belgique” in the glass. In very good condition because it was mainly used as decoration; no chips, cracks or scratches. Small bubbles and imperfections are normal in items made from pressed glass. Will be carefully packed and securely packaged!
