Obverse: Head of a Native American chief wearing a feathered headdress, the word "LIBERTY", the 13 stars, and the year 1912 with the designer's initials B.L.P. Reverse: Bald eagle perched above a bundle of arrows and an olive branch, with the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", "E PLURIBUS UNUM", "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "FIVE DOLLARS".
