If you are unable to do it yourself, please consult a professional. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you must gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to securely screw the crown back after adjusting.)
