Triptych of Chinese wooden panels finely carved, lacquered and gilded – Court scenery and architectural elements – China, 20th century (or late Qing Dynasty, 19th century) Fascinating and detailed triptych of decorative Chinese wooden panels, made with the traditional high-relief pierced carving technique. The work consists of a central main panel (vertically divided into two mirrored or interlocking sections) and two narrower side panels, designed to frame the scene. The panels feature rich decoration in red lacquer and gold (giltwood), typical of interior architectural elements, wedding furniture (such as canopy beds from the Ningbo region) or domestic altars. Clear signs of age. The photos serve as description. Ships only to Europe.
