It establishes immediate harmony. It soothes the fire of emotions, refreshes thoughts, and diffuses a vibration of peace that regenerates the spirit. Wearing this jewel is to offer oneself a permanent spiritual elixir. Strong protection. Magnificent solid silver chain. Chain length: 50.5 cm. 925 silver pendant: 3.3*1.9*0.5 cm (excluding the bale). Sterling silver stamped 925. 3.9 g. Topaz possesses an ancient history, venerated long before the Middle Ages by the greatest civilizations for its thaumaturgic virtues. The Island of Mists (Ancient Origins) The name "Topaz" comes from the island of Topazos (today Zabargad) in the Red Sea. Greek legends say that this island was always hidden by mist and that only brave navigators blessed by the gods could find it. Since that time, the stone is a symbol of the quest for truth and the ability to pierce mysteries. The Romans associated it with Jupiter, the god of order, believing it conferred eloquence and protection from dangers. The Talisman of Ra (Egypt) For the Egyptians, Topaz was colored by the golden light of the Sun God Ra. It was a vitality-empowering amulet. They used it to protect the bearer against physical injuries and to banish evil spirits responsible for diseases. It represented the light that triumphs over the darkness of suffering. Ayurvedic Medicine (The Throat Chakra) In Indian tradition, blue Topaz is sacred to Vishuddha, the throat chakra. It is the healer’s tool to release blocked speech and to heal soul ailments linked to silence or deceit. It allows inner truth to express itself with fluidity, harmonizing the whole being. The Shield Against Spells In ancient magic, Topaz was believed to have the power to detect poisons and dissolve enchantments. Plunged in water or wine, it purified the liquid. Mounted in a cross, it becomes a "Super Shield": the geometric shape repels evil to the four cardinal points while the stone purifies the inside. The Crystal of Truth These five gems evoke the purity of glacial water. Blue Topaz is the stone of clear communication and calm. Set in silver, it offers a high, aristocratic vibration, reputed to promote meditation, ease nerves, and connect the wearer with higher planes of consciousness. The clichés were shot under LED lighting using dedicated photographic equipment to accurately reproduce the details, reliefs, and nuances of the object. Some precious and semi-precious stones may be subject to traditional treatments intended to enhance their color or transparency. No specific gemological examination was carried out on this piece.
