# Tomatin Contrast – Limited Edition Bourbon & Sherry Collection – 1973–2006 – No. 0710/5400 **Two exceptional Highland single malts. The same six distillation years. Two entirely different cask maturations.** The **Tomatin Contrast Collection** is a limited-edition presentation set created to demonstrate the remarkable influence of wood on Scotch whisky. Carefully selected by Tomatin's Distillery Manager, Graham Eunson, this collection brings together two unique single malts, each composed of whiskies distilled in **1973, 1977, 1988, 1991, 2002 and 2006**. Both expressions contain whisky from the same six vintage years, but were matured separately in different types of casks, allowing collectors and enthusiasts to experience the contrast between Bourbon and Sherry maturation. ### The Two Expressions **Tomatin Contrast – Bourbon Matured** A marriage of six vintages matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, highlighting the influence of American oak on Tomatin's Highland single malt character. **Tomatin Contrast – Sherry Matured** A marriage of the same six vintages, matured in ex-Sherry casks, offering a contrasting interpretation of the distillery's spirit through Sherry cask maturation. ### A Limited and Numbered Collector's Edition - **Set number: 0710 / 5400** - Two matching, individually numbered bottles - **2 × 350 ml – 46% ABV** - Includes whisky distilled as early as **1973** - Natural colour and non-chill filtered - Original presentation case with fitted interior - Distilled and bottled in Scotland by Tomatin Distillery ### A Distinctive Piece of Highland Whisky History Established in 1897, Tomatin is a historic Highland distillery renowned for its single malt Scotch whisky. What makes this collection particularly compelling is the inclusion of whisky from six different distillation years spanning more than three decades, presented in two contrasting maturation styles. **An outstanding opportunity to explore the influence of Bourbon and Sherry casks side by side, while owning a numbered limited-edition set containing whisky from the 1970s.** Both bottles are presented in their original matching case, as shown in the photographs. Please examine all photographs carefully for the condition of the bottles, closures and presentation packaging.
