"Toi & Moi" Ring in Yellow Gold, Sapphire, and Diamonds

Known as a “Toi et Moi” ring because it features two main stones, this vintage ring has a slender band adorned on top with a row of seven small 8/8-cut diamonds bordered by millegrain detailing.
