Tissot T-Race Automatic Chronograph – Rose Gold & Black – Box & Papers – Ref. T048.427.27.057.01 Tissot T-Race Automatic Chronograph, reference T048.427.27.057.01, an imposing Swiss sports chronograph from the early 2010s combining the distinctive motorsport-inspired T-Race design with an automatic mechanical movement. This version features a striking black and rose-gold-tone colour combination, with a black dial, contrasting rose-gold-tone hands, applied hour markers and chronograph registers. The large case incorporates the characteristic T-Race crown and pusher protection, while the date display at 3 o’clock is enhanced by an integrated magnifying lens. The transparent caseback allows the automatic chronograph movement to be viewed and adds further mechanical character to the watch. This example is particularly attractive as it is accompanied by its original Tissot box, warranty card and several original Tissot booklets and manuals. --- Specifications * Brand: Tissot * Model: T-Race Automatic Chronograph * Reference: T048.427.27.057.01 * Period: Early 2010s * Movement: Swiss automatic mechanical chronograph * Case: Stainless steel with black and rose-gold-tone finish * Approximate case dimensions: 46.5 x 46.1 mm, as shown in the photographs * Dial: Black * Crystal: Sapphire * Display: Analogue * Functions: Hours, minutes, seconds, chronograph and date * Tachymeter scale * Date window at 3 o’clock with magnifying lens * Exhibition caseback * Original black Tissot T-Race rubber strap * Original Tissot folding clasp * Original water-resistance specification: 100 metres / 10 ATM * Swiss Made --- Condition The watch is in very good overall condition for its age and presents very well on the wrist. There are normal signs of previous use, including surface marks on the case and bezel and some wear to the rose-gold-tone finish, particularly around exposed areas of the case and pushers. These signs are cosmetic and are clearly documented in the detailed photographs. The black dial, applied markers and contrasting chronograph registers remain visually attractive, while the original rubber strap and clasp complete the distinctive T-Race appearance. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description and accurately show the cosmetic condition of the watch. Water resistance has not been recently tested, therefore the original 100-metre rating should not be considered guaranteed. --- Included * Tissot T-Race Automatic Chronograph * Original Tissot rubber strap * Original Tissot folding clasp * Original Tissot presentation box * Original Tissot warranty card, retailer stamped * Automatic Chronographs user manual * International Warranty / Service Centres booklet * Tissot Sports 2011 booklet * Additional original Tissot literature --- A substantial and highly distinctive Tissot automatic chronograph, combining one of the brand’s most recognisable motorsport-inspired designs with an attractive black and rose-gold aesthetic, an exhibition caseback and a desirable set of original Tissot accessories. The watch will be carefully packed and shipped insured with tracking.
