Time Age "Wrist Gear" by Pino – Steampunk Quartz Men’s Watch – 1980s/1990s Extremely rare and extravagant design watch from Time Age, designed by Pino. This iconic "Wrist Gear" model is a beloved collectible among enthusiasts of steampunk and industrial aesthetics. The design strongly resembles the kinetic machine artworks of Jean Tinguely. Although the robust, asymmetrical case with its exposed gears and metal frames gives the impression of a complex mechanical timepiece, the base movement is powered by a highly reliable and low-maintenance Japanese quartz movement. The open front shows rotating discs for the date indication and the days of the week (such as 'THU' and 'SUN'). A real eye-catcher and a guaranteed conversation starter on the wrist. • Case: In good vintage condition with light, normal signs of aging and wear consistent with the age. No scratches, no damage • Glass: Clear mineral glass with minimal superficial traces. • Dial & Hands: Fully intact, gold-colored hands contrast beautifully with the silvery gearwork. • Date and day gearwork rotate smoothly and operate properly • Movement: Runs accurately and functions as intended. • Strap: Fitted with the original and lightly used neat and sturdy black leather strap • Brand/Model: Time Age "Wrist Gear" (Design by Pino) • Movement: Quartz (Miyota / Japanese-made) • Style: Steampunk / Industrial / Kinetic art • Period: Circa 1980s - 1990s • Functions: Hours, minutes, manual date and day discs • Case material: Stainless steel / alloy metal with gold-tone screw accents • Band: Black leather strap with a buckle clasp
