Tief - Lamp - French Vintage Pendant Lamp – Tief – 1980s/1990s - Glass

A beautiful and atmospheric vintage pendant light from the renowned French brand Tief, executed in the iconic Art Nouveau style. The lamp is made of high-quality glass paste (pâte de verre) and emits a particularly warm and diffuse light. The glass shade showcases a stunning color palette: a vivid, blazing orange base that gracefully transitions at the underside into deep, dark burgundy and purple tones. This model masterfully imitates the classic French glass art from the early 20th century. Details & Authenticity: • Brand: Tief (France), handwritten and etched signature on the glass shade. • Suspension system: Fully original and complete with the characteristic braided cords and the accompanying brass ceiling cap (little bell). • Material: Glass paste (pâte de verre) and brass. Condition: The lamp is in excellent, original vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or deep scratches. In the glass shade there is a small, enclosed air bubble. This is an intrinsic feature of the artisanal production process of glass paste and testifies to the handmade character of this object. Well packed and shipped traceably or available for pickup.
