Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679). Philosophical Elements of the Citizen, a political treatise or the foundations of civil society are revealed. Amsterdam, Jean Blaeu, 1649, (31) ff., 246 pp., 144 pp. (8) ff. A 12mo volume (150x100 mm), full calf, spine with raised bands, title-piece in morocco (period binding).
