It extends the research developed in the L and LD series, bringing it into a rawer visual world shaped by fire, matter and transformation. For Tehos, verticality is not merely a graphic orientation. It results from a tension between gravity, which draws all matter towards the ground, and the forces of elevation that resist it. In Carbon L01, verticality is expressed through the repetition of lines, horizontal strata and variations of black. The work does not reproduce charred wood; it translates into painting the forces that run through it. Verticality appears as a structure that endures despite gravity and the transformation and destruction of matter.
