ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass market product, where name replaces talent and where industrial production replaces the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence. Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation. Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not reducible to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handcrafted: Each work results from meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation. Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and produced by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully owns their work from the first sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand-signed works are accepted, otherwise we refuse the pieces. Against “Art Marketing” We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing loses steam. We prefer to invest in the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting mark. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion and value, where purely promotional products fade away. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you are not just acquiring an Art object. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves and not a vulgar subcontracting, under pretext that the artist is already known in the art world. 3. Sustainable investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion. 4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience and talent. Enter a collection where every work tells a real story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Contact us: artisartgallery.assistant@gmail.com Biography of TA Duy Tung (1961). Born in 1961 in Hai Phong, Vietnam. Ta Duy Tung is a contemporary Vietnamese painter born in 1961 in Hai Phong. A respected figure on the artistic scene of his hometown, he has developed a unique visual language that oscillates between psychological realism and lyrical abstraction. Style and artistic vision His work is distinguished by a deep exploration of the human figure, often staged in fragmented or partially concealed compositions. Through the use of strong chromatic contrasts — such as the shift from black-and-white to vivid color touches, or the opposition between dark backgrounds and warm flesh tones — he captures the subject’s inner life. • The Gaze and Silence: His portraits, whether front-facing or profile, exude a melancholic serenity. The attention to details of the gaze or the curve of a face reveals great technical mastery. • Technique: The artist plays with material, using broad, textured brushstrokes to create movement or erasure effects, often symbolizing the passage of time or the duality of identity. Themes Themes of femininity, urban memory, and traditional culture are at the heart of his work. Whether through silhouettes of phantom cities rising behind a face or the elegance of a woman dressed in ethnic motifs, Ta Duy Tung weaves a link between Vietnam’s cultural heritage and introspective modernity. Today, his paintings are valued for their ability to evoke an immediate emotion, inviting the viewer to travel beyond the image into the corners of the human soul.
