The Swatch GERMAN OLYMPIC ATHLETES is part of the Swatch Olympic Collection and was only given to German participants of Atlanta 1996; therefore, it is very rare. The plastic strap is two-toned. On the gold side, "GER" and "OLYMPIC TEAM" lettering, referring to the German Olympic team of 1996, are printed. Also in gold is the writing on the transparent strap side, which describes the abbreviations of all participating Olympic nations. Around the silver dial, which is decorated with the logo and lettering of the Summer Olympics, is a transparent plastic case. The hands of the watch are blue and white; the second hand is red. In addition, the sporty watch is water-resistant and has an accurate ETA quartz movement.
