His work traces roots in classical techniques but is guided by a contemporary sensibility that lends poetic depth to every subject. His works explore the emotional weight of silence, stillness, and identity through precise and meticulous execution. After formal training he traveled across Europe and the rest of the world, immersing himself in different artistic cultures and traditions to further refine his technique and broaden his creative vision. This ongoing path continually enriches his visual language and intensifies its expressive power. Inspired by the timeless language of the great masters—including Caravaggio, Rembrandt, and Vermeer—his gaze blends tradition and modernity in a continuous dialogue between memory, body, and symbol. The subjects of his works range from religious scenes and sacred figures reinterpreted in a contemporary key, to portraits with strong emotional impact, including mythical creatures, fallen angels, saints, martyrs, and allegorical figures. There are references to classical antiquity, Christian symbolism, Greek myth, and pop culture filtered with irony. Each composition is built like an image suspended in time, where light and darkness, body and spirit, sacred and profane coexist in a dramatic and profoundly human balance. “For me, art is a moment of suspension — a space where time stops and emotions take shape without the need for words.” His works have been exhibited internationally and are part of private collections across Europe and the rest of the world.
