Sumatran amber pendant

Polished cabochon mounted on a 925 silver bail. The stone has a remarkable visual effect: from warm brown-gold, it turns blue under UV light. A feature unique to Sumatra ambers, among the most sought-after in the world. The amber is a fossil resin, with Indonesian deposits, mined, yielding pieces of exceptional translucency and depth of color. Sumatra amber is particularly prized by collectors for this natural blue fluorescence, absent in Baltic ambers. In lithotherapy, amber is associated with the solar chakra. It is reputed for its purifying and protective properties, promoting mental clarity and energetic balance. Real photographs; what you see is what you receive. 1. Secure shipping with a tracking number. 2. Ships twice a week. For Europe and international destinations, delivery times may vary from 8 to 15 days depending on the destination and customs processing at the borders. 3. All my stones are genuine, with no color treatment, resin, or plastic. They have all been chosen with care, but as they are natural and handmade products, they may sometimes have small imperfections. 4. The pendants’ bails have been checked; the stated size includes the bail. The chain in the photos is not included in the sale; it is a presentation accessory. 5. Please note the following: Amber has changing reflections depending on light, indoor lighting, or sun. The photos were taken indoors with appropriate lighting and outdoors in natural light when weather permits. I always strive to reproduce as faithfully as possible the stone’s natural colors. 6. Unlike mass-produced jewelry, an artisanal piece of jewelry made by hand in stone and silver, even of high quality, may show slight marks or traces that attest to its authenticity. Thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
