Stool (2) - Steel, Beech, Beech veneer - Two vintage school stools

Two very decorative vintage school stools. These stools are in good condition and date from the 1980s. They are not identical, but they look very similar and also go well together. One has a solid beech seat, and the other a veneered beech seat. The stool with the solid beech seat weighs almost 2 kg, is 45.5 cm high, and the seat has a diameter of 30 cm. The stool with the veneered seat also weighs almost 2 kg and has a top with a diameter of 30 cm. The height of this stool is about 45 cm. The veneer on the seat is broken in three spots (see photos). The stools have metal legs, which are neatly capped. The seating surfaces show signs of use. In particular, the solid beech seat has a few scratches and light water stains (see photos). The finish on the legs of both stools is still very neat, with only minimal signs of use (see photos). Thanks to the sturdy material, but also to the construction, these stools are extremely solid and stable, and can still carry heavy loads. Although the stools are not identical, they are almost the same in size. They are also stackable and fit well together. The stools are therefore in good condition, with expected signs of use. They fit very well into any interior. Very functional and appealing nostalgic pieces of furniture! Besides as seating, these stools can also be used as a plinth for a work of art or even as a side table (see photos). The stools are carefully packed and insured-shipped.
