Elegant pendant made of silver and enhanced by a large cabochon of natural malachite, characterized by a particularly defined and scenographic pattern. The stone has a soft, slightly irregular triangular shape, enhanced by a minimal setting that follows the cabochon profile, leaving the surface fully visible. The most interesting feature of the piece is the complex internal structure of the malachite. The cabochon shows a sequence of concentric bands, orbicular motifs and wavy stratifications, with tones ranging from bright green to very dark forest green. In the upper part two large concentric formations with dark nuclei surrounded by numerous lighter bands are particularly evident. In the lower part there is another circular motif, while in the central and lateral areas the lines become thinner and more intricate, forming curves, rings, and overlapping structures. The surface has been worked into a domed cabochon and polished, allowing light to highlight the depth of the natural motifs and the different tones of the mineral. Malachite is a copper carbonate, appreciated since ancient times for its intense green color. The typical bands form during the different growth stages of the mineral and become clearly visible when the material is cut and polished. Each piece therefore presents a different structure, making every cabochon naturally unique. The silver mounting is sober and functional, with a frame that runs along the perimeter of the stone and an upper setting suitable for passing the chain. A jewel suitable both to wear and to a collection devoted to natural decorative gems and minerals. Material: Natural malachite Mounting: Silver Cut: Cabochon Shape: Irregular triangular Color: Light green, emerald green, dark green Features: Concentric bands and natural orbicular patterns Condition: Excellent
