Scientific Name: Spinosaurus aegyptiacus Location: Kem Kem Valley, Morocco Stage: Upper Cretaceous – about 95–100 million years ago Size: Over 70 cm in length (Exceptionally large specimen) Fossil Description: An extraordinarily rare specimen: a complete femur of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus over 70 cm, an impressive size even within this gigantic semi-aquatic theropod. Complete long bones of Spinosaurus are extremely scarce, and very few pieces of this caliber appear in the Kem Kem Valley. This specimen stands out for its imposing presence, its well-defined shape, and its enormous scientific and display value. The piece has been professionally restored and consolidated, with cracks filled to ensure structural stability without compromising its authenticity. Its overall condition is outstanding for a fossil of this size and age. A piece that should not be missing in a high-level museum collection, both for its rarity and its visual impact. Restoration: Restored and consolidated; cracks stabilized and filled ref: 3559
