This powerful acrylic on canvas work delves into figurative cubism and contemporary geometric art, paying homage to the majestic figure of a rooster as a symbol of dawn and vitality. The composition stands out for a skilled deconstruction of forms into triangular planes and polygonal facets delineated by bold black lines that structure both the main figure and the background. The color palette displays a dynamic and imposing contrast, where the red crest and the warm tones of orange and yellow dialog with cold blocks of cobalt blue, turquoise, green and areas in white and black, crowned in the background by the luminous shape of a rising sun. The precision of the outlines, the expressiveness of the watchful eye, and the structural richness of the fragmented plumage give the piece a strong aesthetic character, great visual balance, and a dynamic energy.
