Silver Obsidian and Pyrite - Rosary of Divine Light...

Silvered Obsidian and Pyrite - Rosary of Divine Light - Crucifix of the Redeemer Christ. This devotional rosary distinguishes itself by the intensity of its dark tones and the warm gleam of its golden elements. It is composed of 72 beads of silvered obsidian and pyrite, arranged in a harmonious sequence of round beads of varying diameters and faceted stones. The silvered obsidian presents a deep black robe traversed, depending on orientation and light, by subtle silver-gray and smokey reflections. The larger diameter beads particularly reveal these nuances and give depth to the whole. Pyrite, worked as small faceted pebbles, brings metallic gray tones. Its facets catch the light delicately and create an elegant contrast with the smooth, glossy surface of the obsidian. The whole is punctuated by finely crafted gold elements that structure the rosary and emphasize the contrast between the deep black of the stones and the golden shine of the crucifix. At the center of this creation unfolds a majestic Sacred Cross of the Redeemer Christ. Its thick, elegant branches are adorned with engravings inspired by the Our Father prayer, highlighted by a double relief surrounding the crucified Christ. Its modern golden finish gives it a remarkable presence and a deeply devotional character. More than a simple rosary, this piece is an invitation to meditation, prayer, and contemplation of the mystery of Redemption. It recalls the constant presence of God in the believer’s life and symbolizes the light of Christ guiding souls on the path of faith.
