This version precedes the trade edition and is the author's original text; the trade edition is slightly longer, differing from this version by "about two percent", according to the author's note at the beginning. One of 400 numbered copies illustrated by Alan M. Clark. 332 pages. First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket and a near fine slipcase.
