Elegant wooden plant stand – warm wood grain and a distinctive lower square shelf A beautiful plant deserves a podium with character! This slender wooden plant stand combines a warm honey-brown color with clean lines and a striking detail: a square lower shelf placed diagonally between the legs. The overhanging top board has a profiled edge and a lively wood grain. The attractive, mirror-like patterns stand out in particular. This grain pattern suits oak, in which the wood rays are clearly visible with certain sawing methods. The species is presumed to be oak based on the photos. Four straight legs, connected by crossbars, give the piece a calm, open appearance. The turned lower shelf breaks the simplicity and provides an extra spot for a small decorative object. The sober form and emphasis on natural wood structure evoke the Arts and Crafts style. It is a stylistic affinity; a specific maker, origin, or dating has not been established. A atmospheric eye-catcher by the window, beside an armchair or in the hall. Not only suitable as a plant stand, but also as a display place for a vase or sculpture.
