Sierlijke bronzen fotolijst – Art Nouveau-stijl –...

Elegant bronze photo frame – Art Nouveau style – female figure and floral motifs A photo frame that deserves all the attention itself. This richly decorated bronze frame combines a warm gold-toned appearance with an elegant female figure, flowing lines and refined natural motifs. A particularly decorative object that gives a beloved photo a stylish surrounding. Along the left side, a female figure rises, her arms gracefully raised above her head. Her pose blends almost seamlessly into the frame. Leaves, flower motifs and flowing stems follow the contours of the frame, making the design a single cohesive whole. This fusion of the human figure with organic forms is characteristic of Art Nouveau, also known as Jugendstil. Within this movement, which flourished around 1900, nature and the female form were important sources of inspiration. The alternation between smooth, raised details and a finely textured background gives the relief extra depth. The shaped feet and decorative fold-out stand also make the frame attractive from the side. Beautiful on a sideboard, writing desk or mantelpiece, both with a family portrait and with a small art image.
