Siam Teak Plywood Co

Impressive 94-piece handmade nickel bronze cutlery set, made in Thailand and presented in its original fitted wooden presentation case. The inside of the case is marked: Siam Teak Plywood Co. Ltd. Jewel of Tableware Hand Made Nickel Bronze Made in Thailand The set contains a large selection of table cutlery and serving pieces, including knives, forks, spoons and various serving utensils. The metal has a warm golden-bronze appearance, combined with elegant white iridescent handles. The exact material of the white handle sections has not been verified, so no claim is made regarding mother-of-pearl or other specific material. The set is housed in its original multi-level wooden case with fitted velvet-style interior and individual holders for the pieces. Condition: The set is in used vintage condition. The cutlery shows normal signs of age and storage, including light tarnishing, surface marks and patina in places. The wooden case has visible scratches, small marks and signs of use. The interior lining also shows some age-related staining and wear. The set has not been aggressively polished, so the original patina has been preserved.
