A premium A1-format technical poster dedicated to the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA (1965) — one of the most celebrated lightweight performance cars in Alfa Romeo history, combining elegant Italian design, motorsport engineering, and exceptional driving character. This artwork showcases a highly detailed multi-view technical illustration, including front, rear, side, and top perspectives, complete with precise dimensions and key specifications. A refined tribute to one of the defining Italian sports cars of the 1960s. Highlights Legendary Italian Sports Car Introduced in 1965, the Giulia Sprint GTA was developed by Autodelta as a lightweight, competition-focused evolution of the Giulia Sprint GT. The name GTA stood for “Gran Turismo Alleggerita” — literally “lightened Gran Turismo.” Lightweight Engineering Extensive use of aluminium body panels, lightweight interior components, magnesium parts, and other weight-saving measures significantly reduced mass compared with the standard Sprint GT, giving the GTA exceptional agility and performance. Twin-Cam Performance Powered by Alfa Romeo’s legendary 1.6-litre twin-cam inline-four engine with twin Weber carburettors and a special twin-spark cylinder head, the road-going GTA produced approximately 115 PS, while competition versions were developed to considerably higher outputs. Motorsport Heritage Prepared and developed by Autodelta, the Giulia Sprint GTA became one of the dominant touring cars of its era, achieving major success in European competition and establishing an enduring reputation in Alfa Romeo motorsport history. Timeless Bertone Design Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro during his time at Bertone, the GTA retained the beautifully balanced proportions of the Giulia Sprint GT while introducing distinctive lightweight details and subtle competition-inspired modifications. Technical Precision Accurate dimensional layout inspired by original engineering schematics, emphasizing the GTA’s compact proportions, lightweight construction, classic rear-wheel-drive architecture, and purposeful 1960s design. Condition New — professionally printed on high-quality paper. Dimensions A1 format (594 × 841 mm) Perfect For Alfa Romeo collectors and enthusiasts Classic Italian car enthusiasts Vintage motorsport and touring-car fans Automotive engineering and design enthusiasts Premium home, office, garage, or showroom décor A unique gift for any Alfa Romeo enthusiast AI disclosure: This poster design was created using generative AI and subsequently reviewed and manually edited by Shmidt.Art.
