Fairey reinterprets the French Republic’s timeless motto, “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity,” turning it into a bold, graphic statement of unity, resilience, and hope. With his trademark style inspired by vintage propaganda posters, Fairey combines powerful imagery with social commentary. The work became a symbol of solidarity and was widely displayed in Paris and beyond, reminding people of the strength found in shared values.
