The "50 Shades of Black" style is defined by a minimalist yet powerful palette: black, metallized gold, and cream. The aesthetic draws on the codes of Soviet propaganda, vintage advertising, and the punk movement. Unlike large-format posters, this 12x12 format pays homage to the major influence of music and DJ culture in Fairey’s work. Rarity of the Edition: These screen prints come from a box set limited to only 450 copies worldwide. Signature: Each work is hand-signed and dated by Shepard Fairey in pencil (usually at the bottom right). Display versatility: Its square "Cover Art" format provides a modern display, ideal for wall grids or minimalist framing.
