A0000004994 The set is in excellent overall preservation condition, standing out for maintaining a highly attractive and balanced aesthetic presence. The satin finishes preserve uniformity and good shine, while the characteristic “Whaler Shark” pattern maintains color intensity and visual depth, with minimal signs of use compatible with careful conservation. The fountain pen presents a firm structure, precise threads and proper closure. The original Sheaffer nib in 14-karat white gold, size F, is in very good condition, correctly aligned and offering smooth and precise writing. The filling system has been reviewed and tested, delivering it fully operational and ready for immediate use. The ballpoint pen accompanies the set perfectly and maintains good mechanical function, with smooth operation and excellent aesthetic presentation. Only a light superficial wear from use and time is evident, with no major impacts, cracks, or deformations. The pieces retain an elegant and highly collectible appearance, especially as one of the most sought-after variants of the Intrigue series. ## Conservation recommendations It is recommended to use quality fountain pen inks and avoid pigmented inks.
