Beautiful, original, unpublished work by contemporary painter Sergio Zampieri (Rome, 1968). "Materia viva" Acrylic pastes on canvas Sergio Zampieri In “Materia viva” the surface of the canvas loses its neutrality to transform into a moving organism. The acrylic pastes build reliefs, cracks and branching that evoke mineral veins, roots and stratifications of the earth. Gold, copper and silver traverse the light background, creating luminous contrasts that change with the light and enhance the strong three-dimensionality of the work. It is an organic abstraction in which matter does not represent nature: it seems to become nature itself, living, pulsating and in continual transformation. The work is archived and permanently viewable on the artist's official site www.sergiozampieri.it where you can find further information about his artistic journey. Category: Abstract figurative - Archive Code: AT 060/26 Certificate of Authenticity on elegant parchment paper issued by the artist. High-quality cotton canvas also painted on the 4 cm thick side edges and ready for display. You will purchase the work directly from the artist's studio in Rome. For all shipments (within the European Community and outside the EU) the painting will be sent mounted on its own frame and ready for exhibition. Delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy, while international shipments take 4/5 working days. We use international couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) with the shipment tracking number provided.
