Secoloventesimo - Biscuit box - 24kt gold - LOW Gold candybox
Sweet-box made with real gold on carved glass. Hand-applied enamel on a press with subsequent firing in a kiln. Three gold decorations: - a circular gold line on the base - a circular gold line on the lid - a central satin-gold band about 3 cm high with floral embroidery motifs. For the gold decorations, 24 kt liquid gold was brushed onto vitreous paste and fired in a furnace at high temperatures to make it permanent. H: 25 cm Weight: 1,250 g Handmade. All made in Italy.
