Sculpture, Lovers - 26 cm - Glass

Elegant artistic sculpture in Murano glass made by master glassmaker Fabio Tagliapietra using the traditional flame-working technique. The work stands out for its slender and sinuous shape, characterized by soft and harmonious lines that confer a strong sense of movement to the composition. The surface features a rich combination of amber, golden, blue, violet, and iridescent tones, which blend together to create luminous reflections and varying nuances depending on the lighting. The upper part, rich in details and chromatic interlacings, contrasts with the elongated body of the sculpture, which develops toward a solid, glossy black glass base. This contrast further enhances the colors and the elegance of the composition. Flame-working requires precision, artistic sensitivity, and careful control of the glass during the various modeling stages. The result is a contemporary piece, capable of uniting Murano glassmaking tradition with an original formal exploration.
