Sculpture

A striking and expressive Art Glass sculpture in the shape of a stylized female profile, executed in a bold combination of transparent and colored glass. The face is built from flowing layers in turquoise, amber, blue and green, with light falling through the glass differently each time. The intensely cobalt-blue hairstyle forms a strong contrast with the warm face and is finished with black, raised glass lines that give the sculpture extra depth and movement. Particularly striking are the three-dimensional details: the green eye, the deep red lips, the large golden-yellow spiral-shaped earring and the decorative neck finish with a red accent. From every viewing angle the object changes visibly and different color bands, reflections and glass details come to the fore. Due to its distinctive design, this is not a subtle decorative object, but a true statement piece. The sculpture looks especially striking in a modern interior, gallery, reception area or collection of contemporary glass art. The combination of bold colors, transparency, shine and sculptural form gives the work a luxurious and artistic appearance. The different photos are part of the description and show the object from around and in detail. The object is carefully and professionally packed, with extra attention to the exceptional glass parts. Shipping is possible; pickup by appointment is also possible.
