Christian Mariani aka Santicri Technique: Resin and marble powder Dimensions: H30 x L18 x W2 cm Condition: new Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition: silver and pink This sculpture demonstrates how art can be born anywhere, even from the most ordinary and overlooked elements of our daily life. The air vent, a symbol of functionality and anonymity, becomes the focal point for an explosion of material, transforming into an unexpected work. The black paint drips disrupt the monotony of the industrial object, suggesting that creativity cannot be contained: it emerges, expands, and manifests itself in the most unlikely places. Therefore, art is not confined to galleries or museums, but exists wherever there is the ability to see it. The serial number may not correspond to the one in the photo. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately ranking behind icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier, and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in surveying and architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose the growing need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures in street art, pop art, and contemporary art. "It is never easy to classify one’s own art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that suits modern times: impactful and memorable."
