Sandoz Automatic – 25 Jewels – Incabloc – Grey Sunburst Dial – Stainless Steel A refined vintage Sandoz automatic wristwatch from the 1960s, combining classic Swiss mechanical watchmaking with an elegant and understated design. The watch features an attractive grey sunburst dial with applied faceted hour markers, silver-tone hands and a framed date window at 3 o’clock. The dial is signed Sandoz Automatic, with 25 Jewels – Incabloc displayed above 6 o’clock. Its 37 mm stainless steel case gives the watch a particularly attractive presence for a vintage model, while the minimalist dial and restrained proportions capture the timeless aesthetic of mid-century Swiss watchmaking. Story & Heritage Sandoz is a historic name in Swiss watchmaking, associated with a long tradition of mechanical watch production and classic mid-century timepieces. During the 1950s and 1960s, Swiss watchmakers increasingly highlighted technical qualities such as automatic winding, jewel count and shock protection directly on their dials. This Sandoz proudly displays 25 Jewels and Incabloc, reflecting the importance placed on mechanical reliability during this period. Its grey sunburst dial, faceted indexes and clean stainless steel case are characteristic of the refined aesthetic that defined Swiss watches of the 1960s. Particularly appealing is its approximately 37 mm case, which offers a more substantial wrist presence than many men's watches from the same era. Rather than relying on decorative excess, the watch derives its character from proportion, dial finishing and traditional Swiss mechanics — qualities that have helped well-preserved mid-century automatic watches remain attractive to collectors today. A charming vintage Sandoz for collectors of classic Swiss automatic watches and elegant 1960s design. Internal Reference Number - FLO-168
